  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package provide a general introduction to each city, with commentary from the guide aboard the vehicle. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include admission to museums or archaeological sites. Fly Express is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours listed in the itinerary cannot take place because local authorities prohibit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, roads are closed due to events, or weather conditions make the tours impossible. • When purchasing the tour, you must provide your name as it appears in your passport, your date of birth and your passport number accurately. Flight tickets are issued using this information. Any ticket cancellation or change penalties resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food, drinks and online check-in services.
  • Specific coach seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • Optional excursions are organised by our local partner agency and require a minimum of 20 participants. If this minimum is not met, excursions may not operate, or their prices, content and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. The guide may also change excursion days and times depending on the opening and closure of museums and archaeological sites to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
  • Participation in optional excursions is voluntary and not compulsory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional excursions during the tour are deemed to agree to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the excursion begins and collected from the same location after it ends.
